All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged During Shipment: We will replace or refund products that were damaged during shipment if you provide documentation within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please email that documentation to contact secretoracleinfo@gmail.com.

No Quality Issues: We do not accept returns for products without any quality issues. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Note: Once the product is removed from its original protective packaging, we are not responsible for any further damage caused by mishandling.

Return Fees

Please note that we cannot cover any return shipping costs. If you decide to return the item(s) to Secret Oracle, you will be responsible for the following fees:

  • Shipping Costs: You are required to pay the original shipping cost as well as the cost of returning the item(s) to Secret Oracle.
  • Customs Duties and Taxes: If applicable, you are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.
  • Customs Fees: You may need to pay any customs fees incurred during the import/export of the package.

These fees will be deducted from your refund. Please note that discontinued items, limited edition/special release items, or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Procedure

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days, and you will receive notification via email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when the refund will be credited to your account. Replacement items will be shipped out when available.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns/exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
